After a full roof inspection has been completed, one of our friendly estimators will be able to determine the condition of your roof (existing tiles, bedding, pointing, gutters, downpipes and associated roof items*) and what is required to be done to ensure it is safe and secure.

* Associated roof items can include: wind masters, skylights, flashings.

Tiled Roofs

A full Restoration is not always necessary so repairs can be carried out as required.

These repairs can include: (replacement or repair)

Bedding and Pointing

• To repair the bedding, firstly the ridge caps have to be lifted and the old morter mix removed.
• A new mix of mortar is laid on the roof tiles and the ridge caps are replaced.
• Then a flexible polymer pointing is applied to the mortar touching the roof tiles and ridge caps. This joins the three items together securely.
