announces winner of their $6000 Family Holiday
to Sabah, Malaysia
Samantha
and Matt Kahler of Bellbowrie started the
new financial year with a bang when they
received a phone call from Emanuele Marson
of the MTEC Group, informing them that they
were the winners of the $6000 family holiday
to Sabah, Malaysia.
MTEC
Group trading as Rooftop Restorations,
had been running a special promotion for
all their customers between 1 March and
30 June 2009. Everyone who took advantage
of the great home improvement services offered
by MTEC Group such as Roof
Restorations, Re-Roofing,
Patios,
Asbestos
Removal were entered into the
draw. Samantha and Matt decided to enlist
the services of MTEC Group to restore their
roof after living in their home for two
years. Their roof restoration was the beginning
of their home renovations starting from
the top down.
The
prize was made possible thanks to MTEC Group’s
partnership with Royal
Brunei Airlines and Go
See Touring. The Kahler family
will enjoy return economy class airfares
from Brisbane to Kota Kinabalu (capital
of Sabah, Malaysia) for 2 adults and 2 children,
6-nights at the Tuaran Beach Resort with
transfers and breakfast daily as well as
a visit to Lok Kawi Wildlife reserve to
get up close and personal with the orang-utans
and other native wildlife.

Cathi,
I meant to write earlier but it has been
a busy month since we got home.
We had a fantastic time. The people in Sabah
Borneo are wonderful, so friendly and helpful.
The beach resort was obviously an older
hotel than others in the area but it was
clean and the staff were amazing! Our initial
trepidation when we first turned down the
road (it badly needs repair) to the resort
was soon allayed as everyone made us feel
so welcome and really looked after us.
The hotel itself was well maintained. We
had massages, horse riding on the beach
and a sunset river cruise as well as the
trip to the Lok Kwai wildlife park. The
food at the resort was great and the veiw
wonderful. We swam in the pool everyday
and spent every afternoon having a drink
at the pool bar enjoying the ocean breeze.
We are glad we didn't take the kids, as
the resort is not set up for children, but
if you are a couple looking for a quiet
get away with a nice view, good service
and good food then this was the holiday
to take. The go see touring staff were very
helpful and organised everything for us.
Thankyou so much for organising it and thankyou
to MTEC and Royal Brunei for making it possible.
We came back relaxed, rested and keen to
throw ourselves back into life.
